Every Day is Worship.

"I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. " Romans 12:1

Sacrifices used to be offered in the temple. We don't sacrifice pigeons or bulls because the sacrifice God desires is a contrite spirit. A humble heart.

We can sacrifice every moment of our day by "presenting ourselves" before God in humility.

To sacrifice means giving your whole life over to God.

Each morning, before you get out of bed, present to God your whole self. Say, "Lord, this day is yours." Then imagine that your whole day as an opportunity to display your love for God to others. When we see our day as "ours" - with a list of things we must accomplish.. we set ourselves up for frustration. But when see our day as belonging to God, our activities become holy, and our hearts are filled with gratitude for the gift that He has given to us.
